Changes to this Policy
We, at vLab Systems, respect your right to privacy, as well as, the privacy of your end users and we are committed to protecting it. This statement discloses the information that we gather and track, how we use the information, and with whom we share this same information.
We do not collect any personal information from users of our virtual laboratories. We will provide you with usernames and random passwords. You will then assign these credentials to your end users to enable them to access the virtual laboratories. Any personal information that may be left by end users on the vMachines in the virtual laboratories will NEVER BE DISCLOSED OR SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTY.
Note that we will use anonymous information concerning users of the virtual laboratories to make statements and advertisements concerning our community of users. Such statements may contain statistical analysis of the trends or groups within the users of the virtual laboratories, while preserving their anonymity.
These terms shall be governed pursuant to US laws and in particular the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to contracts enforceable in that State. Venue will be Springfield, Massachusetts.
